Exchanging or returning products purchased In-Store

  • We offer 7 days exchange warranty for products that unused,unsealed,and in the original package (including all manuals & accessories) along with the original sales receipts.
  • All returned goods MUST be in resalable condition, inspected and approved by our staff. There will be a nominal charge for missing packaging, accessories or manuals.
  • Removal and/or Defacing of Serial/Part number sticker(s) on ANY products will VOID ALL warranties.
  • Physical damaged product will lose ALL warranties.
  • There are no return and exchanges on printer cartridgers/toners, blank media (CD/DVD etc.), computer and game console software, music CDs, DVDs, videos, and special order.
  • Opened or used products excepting CPU will be subject to a 15% restocking charge within 7 days.(No return or exchange on opened, unsealed, or used CPU)

Exchanging or Returning products purchased from Online Purchasing

  • There is no return or exchanges on printer cartridgers/toners, blank media (CD/DVD etc.), computer software, videos and special order.
  • For products purchased online, we offer 14 days exchange warranty for products unused,unsealed, and in the original package.
  • PCVONLINE will cover shipping charge one way for the first 14 days on dead on arrival (DOA) products if customer provide the receipt of return. This 14-days period starts from the day of shipment. Please use standard ground shipping. PCVONLINE will only reimburse up to 50% if non-standard shipping is used, such as Express.
  • PCVONLINE will charge 15% restocking fee for the first 14 days on Unwanted product or wrong product ordered by customer. Customer need pay for the shipping charge on both way. Unwanted product or Wrong purchased product MUST be unused, unselaed, and in the original package.
  • After first 14 days, PCVONLINE only provide RMA service if the product is under warranty.
  • Removal and or Defacing of Serial/Part number sticker(s) on ANY products will VOID ALL warranties.
  • All return/exchange/RMA without RMA# or Case# will be refused and returned back at customer's expense.

To get RMA or DOA Service:

  • The customer MUST contact us to obtain CASE# or RMA # for exchange, DOA, and Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) by 3 options:
    1. Phone at  1-866-969-8999  1-866-969-8999
    2. Email at: rma@pcvonline.com with the PCV order#, invoice #, Serial/Part #, and the problem with the product in detail.
    3. Click Here to fill out our Return qualification Form with the PCV order#, invoice #, Serial/Part #(if you have), and the problem with the product in detail.
  • Form to request for a CASE#. It will take approximately 1-2 business days before an CASE# is issued to you by Email. Your CASE number is valid for 14 days ONLY.
  • Removal and or Defacing of Serial/Part number sticker(s) on ANY products WILL void ALL warranties.
  • To get DOA service return shipment coverage, please provide your receipt to us by email or fax.

Before you return the item back to us, please follow these instructions: otherwise the product wil be returned back to customer at customer's expense.

  • Simply return the product MUST be:
    1. Unsed, Unsealed, in the same condition as when you purchased it.
    2. With the copy of the original invoice, and original packing material, blank warranty cards, serial number/part number sticker(s), manuals and any other item or accessory provided by the manufacturer

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

  • PCVONLINE strongly recommends that appropriate messures are taken to safeguard the product from damage during shipping.
  • PCVONLINE does not warrant a physically damaged product.
  • PCVONLINE does not accept packages sent collect or COD. The customer must pay for shipping.

  • In the event that a returned order has items missing, the order may be refused, and will be returned to customer at customer's expense.
